Epoxy Self-Leveling Flooring
SUHA FLOOR SELF LEVELING EP-200
High-Performance, Two-Component, Epoxy-Based Self-Leveling Floor Coating System
DESCRIPTION
As a leading self-leveling epoxy manufacturer, we proudly engineer SUHA FLOOR SELF LEVELING EP-200 as a premium-grade, two-component, solvent-free epoxy flooring solution designed to create seamless, smooth, and highly durable industrial surfaces. Engineered for high-traffic environments, it provides an aesthetic, gloss-finish floor that effectively withstands heavy mechanical loads, forklift traffic, and aggressive chemical exposure. It self-levels effortlessly during application to eliminate surface irregularities, delivering an impermeable, dust-free, and hygienic flooring system.
KEY FEATURES & ADVANTAGES
Seamless & Smooth Finish: Flows naturally to form an impeccably flat, joint-free surface within our comprehensive suite of epoxy self-leveling flooring systems.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & CONSUMPTION
Standard Concrete Substrate Requirements:
Compressive Strength: R28 $\ge$ 25 MPa
Adhesive Bond Strength: $\ge$ 1.5 MPa
Moisture Content: W < %4
Application Temperature: +10°C to +30°C
Relative Humidity: < %80

Typical Consumption: 1.500 – 2.000 kg/m² for a nominal thickness of 1.5 – 2.0 mm (varies depending on substrate profile and application thickness).
SURFACE PREPARATION & MIXING
Surface Preparation
The concrete substrate must be thoroughly cured, sound, dry, and free of loose particles, laitance, or contaminants. Remove all oil, grease, paint residues, and curing compounds via industrial diamond grinding or shot-blasting. Ensure the surface is primed with a compatible epoxy primer (such as SUHA FLOOR PRIMER EP-100) before applying the self-leveling coat.
Mixing Process
SUHA FLOOR SELF LEVELING EP-200 is supplied in pre-measured dual-component packs. Pour Component B (hardener) entirely into Component A (base resin). Mix thoroughly using a low-speed electrical mixer (300–400 rpm) for approximately 3 minutes until a completely homogeneous blend and uniform color are achieved.
Application Method
Pour the mixed material onto the primed floor immediately, spread evenly to the desired thickness using a notched trowel or pin rake, and immediately roll with a spiked roller in cross-directions to release trapped air and ensure a flawless self-leveling finish.
PACKAGING & STORAGE
Packaging:
Component A: 20 kg metal pail
Component B: 5 kg metal pail (Total Set: 25 kg)
Storage Information: Store in original, unopened containers in a cool, dry, frost-free environment between +5°C and +30°C. Shelf life is 12 months under proper storage conditions.
HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Strictly follow guidelines specified in the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
Ensure effective forced ventilation during mixing and application in enclosed spaces.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes; wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including protective gloves, goggles, and overalls.
Keep away from open flames, sparks, and high thermal heat sources.
