KEY FEATURES & ADVANTAGES
Superior Surface Protection: Acts as an impenetrable protective layer within professional Epoxy Floor Topcoat application standards, extending the lifespan of industrial floors.
High Chemical & Wear Resistance: Outstanding defense against oils, greases, solvents, mild acids, alkalis, and frequent industrial cleaning agents.
Aesthetic Gloss Finish: Provides an attractive, smooth, and light-reflective surface that enhances interior brightness in commercial and industrial facilities.
Seamless & Hygienic: Non-porous structure prevents bacterial and fungal growth, making sanitation effortless.
Solvent-Free & Eco-Friendly: Low odor and safe for application in enclosed manufacturing plants, warehouses, and cleanrooms.
Excellent Adhesion: Forms a strong, uniform molecular bond with underlying epoxy primers and intermediate layers.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS

SURFACE PREPARATION & MIXING
Surface Preparation
Ensure that the preceding epoxy layer or primed substrate is fully cured, clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, or any bond-inhibiting contaminants. If the recoating window has elapsed, lightly abrade the surface and vacuum thoroughly before applying the topcoat.
Mixing Process
SUHA Epoxy Floor Topcoat is supplied in pre-measured dual-component packs. Pour Component B (hardener) entirely into Component A (base resin). Mix thoroughly using a low-speed electrical mixer (300–400 rpm) for approximately 3 minutes until a completely homogeneous mixture and uniform color are achieved. Avoid high-speed mixing to prevent air entrapment.
Application Method
Pour the mixed topcoat onto the floor immediately, spread evenly using a rubber squeegee or notched trowel, and back-roll crosswise with a short-piled roller to ensure a uniform film thickness and a flawless, professional finish.
PACKAGING & STORAGE
Packaging:
Component A: 20 kg metal pail
Component B: 5 kg metal pail (Total Set: 25 kg)
Storage Information: Store in original, unopened containers in a cool, dry, and frost-free environment between +5°C and +30°C. Shelf life is 12 months under proper storage conditions.
HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Strictly follow guidelines specified in the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
Ensure effective forced ventilation during mixing and application in enclosed spaces.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes; wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including protective gloves, goggles, and overalls.
Keep away from open flames, sparks, and high thermal heat sources.
