DESCRIPTION

As a globally trusted Epoxy Floor Topcoat manufacturer, we proudly engineer SUHA Epoxy Floor Topcoat as a premium-grade, two-component, solvent-free epoxy finish coat designed to seal and protect industrial flooring systems. Formulated to deliver an exceptional gloss finish and superior aesthetic appearance, it provides a tough, impermeable protective wear layer over self-leveling or multi-layer epoxy and polyurethane floors. It effectively shields underlying surfaces against heavy foot traffic, mechanical wear, and aggressive chemical exposure while ensuring a dust-free and hygienic environment.

KEY FEATURES & ADVANTAGES

  • Superior Surface Protection: Acts as an impenetrable protective layer within professional Epoxy Floor Topcoat application standards, extending the lifespan of industrial floors.

  • High Chemical & Wear Resistance: Outstanding defense against oils, greases, solvents, mild acids, alkalis, and frequent industrial cleaning agents.

  • Aesthetic Gloss Finish: Provides an attractive, smooth, and light-reflective surface that enhances interior brightness in commercial and industrial facilities.

  • Seamless & Hygienic: Non-porous structure prevents bacterial and fungal growth, making sanitation effortless.

  • Solvent-Free & Eco-Friendly: Low odor and safe for application in enclosed manufacturing plants, warehouses, and cleanrooms.

  • Excellent Adhesion: Forms a strong, uniform molecular bond with underlying epoxy primers and intermediate layers.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS

  • Protective top layer for industrial manufacturing plants and production workshops

  • Warehouses, logistics hubs, and high-bay distribution centers

  • Pharmaceutical laboratories, hospitals, and sterile cleanrooms

  • Automotive showrooms, service garages, and aircraft hangars

  • Commercial shopping complexes, exhibition halls, and modern retail spaces

  • Food and beverage processing facilities

SURFACE PREPARATION & MIXING

Surface Preparation

Ensure that the preceding epoxy layer or primed substrate is fully cured, clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, or any bond-inhibiting contaminants. If the recoating window has elapsed, lightly abrade the surface and vacuum thoroughly before applying the topcoat.

Mixing Process

SUHA Epoxy Floor Topcoat is supplied in pre-measured dual-component packs. Pour Component B (hardener) entirely into Component A (base resin). Mix thoroughly using a low-speed electrical mixer (300–400 rpm) for approximately 3 minutes until a completely homogeneous mixture and uniform color are achieved. Avoid high-speed mixing to prevent air entrapment.

Application Method

Pour the mixed topcoat onto the floor immediately, spread evenly using a rubber squeegee or notched trowel, and back-roll crosswise with a short-piled roller to ensure a uniform film thickness and a flawless, professional finish.

PACKAGING & STORAGE

  • Packaging:

    • Component A: 20 kg metal pail

    • Component B: 5 kg metal pail (Total Set: 25 kg)

  • Storage Information: Store in original, unopened containers in a cool, dry, and frost-free environment between +5°C and +30°C. Shelf life is 12 months under proper storage conditions.

HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

  • Strictly follow guidelines specified in the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).

  • Ensure effective forced ventilation during mixing and application in enclosed spaces.

  • Avoid contact with skin and eyes; wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including protective gloves, goggles, and overalls.

  • Keep away from open flames, sparks, and high thermal heat sources.
