Polyurethane Self-Leveling Flooring

SUHA FLOOR PU SELF LEVELING-2K

As an established polyurethane self-leveling flooring manufacturer, we proudly engineer SUHA FLOOR PU SELF LEVELING-2K as a premium-grade, two-component, solvent-free elastic polyurethane flooring system designed to create seamless, smooth, and resilient industrial surfaces. Engineered for areas subject to dynamic loads and thermal fluctuations, it delivers an aesthetic, comfortable underfoot finish with exceptional crack-bridging capabilities. It self-levels effortlessly during application to cure into an impermeable, highly durable, and hygienic floor coating.

KEY FEATURES & ADVANTAGES

  • Superior Elasticity & Crack-Bridging: Exceptional flexibility within professional polyurethane self-leveling flooring specifications, easily accommodating structural movements and micro-cracks.

  • Impact & Sound Absorption: Excellent resilience against heavy foot traffic, dropping objects, and impact noise reduction.

  • Seamless & Hygienic Finish: Forms an impeccably flat, non-porous, joint-free surface that prevents bacterial growth and ensures effortless cleaning.

  • Chemical & Wear Resistance: Outstanding defense against oils, greases, mild acids, alkalis, and frequent cleaning chemicals.

  • Thermal Shock Resistance: Excellent performance under fluctuating temperature conditions without losing elasticity.

  • Solvent-Free & Eco-Friendly: Safe for application in enclosed commercial and light industrial environments.

SURFACE PREPARATION & MIXING

Surface Preparation

The concrete or cementitious substrate must be thoroughly cured, sound, clean, dry, and free from dust, laitance, oil, grease, or bond-inhibiting contaminants. Prepare the surface via industrial diamond grinding or shot-blasting, and ensure it is properly primed with a compatible primer before applying the self-leveling PU layer.

Mixing Process

SUHA FLOOR PU SELF LEVELING-2K is supplied in pre-measured dual-component packaging. Pour Component B (hardener) entirely into Component A (base resin). Mix thoroughly using a low-speed electrical mixer (300–400 rpm) for approximately 3 minutes until a completely homogeneous blend and uniform color are achieved. Avoid high-speed mixing to prevent air entrapment.

Application Method

Pour the mixed material onto the primed floor immediately, spread evenly to the desired thickness using a notched trowel or pin rake, and roll crosswise with a spiked roller immediately to release trapped air and ensure a flawless self-leveling finish.

PACKAGING & STORAGE

  • Packaging:

    • Component A: 20 kg metal pail

    • Component B: 5 kg metal pail (Total Set: 25 kg)

  • Storage Information: Store in original, unopened containers in a cool, dry, and frost-free environment between +5°C and +30°C. Shelf life is 12 months under proper storage conditions.

HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

  • Strictly follow guidelines specified in the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).

  • Ensure effective forced ventilation during mixing and application in enclosed spaces.

  • Avoid contact with skin and eyes; wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including protective gloves, goggles, and overalls.

  • Keep away from open flames, sparks, and high thermal heat sources.
